Justin Brown
CHAIRMAN
Justin Brown is one of Australia’s most successful and experienced residential property professionals, advising clients on acquisitions, design development and instigating international sales and marketing strategies that have consistently redefined the Australian market.
Justin was the founder and Asia Pacific Managing Director at Colliers International Residential from 1993 to 2007, During this time, the company was responsible for the marketing of the majority of Australia’s major premium projects. Following on from his success at Colliers International, Justin established CBRE Residential Australia in 2007. In the 13 years since its inception, Justin has accelerated the growth of CBRE Residential from small luxury offerings to major staged projects and mixed-use development throughout Asia Pacific, enabling CBRE Residential to be recognized as the market leader in off-the-plan apartment sales.
Justin has founded numerous successful property related businesses, including Platform Project Services and Abadeen Group - in 2009. With over 20 years in the development industry, Abadeen Group has a unique understanding of the Australian property development landscape and has completed in excess of AUD $1.3 billion in projects.
Justin’s extensive experience in the property industry make him one of the one of the best in his field.
MATTHEW BILLING
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Matthew leads the PPS development and delivery team. Matthew is an experienced
development manager, construction and management professional with extensive first-hand
knowledge of the property, real estate, and construction industry.
Matthew has held a varying development, project and construction management roles on a
number of high-profile public and private development, throughout New South Wales and
Queensland, in the hospitality, commercial, residential, health, education, defence and resource
sectors.
With an unequalled skill set and the kind of insight only gained by experience, Matthew leads
each project to its successful and timely completion with rigorous commitment and extraordinary
direction.
NATHAN GRICE
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Having worked in the property and construction industries for the past 26 years, Nathan has
gained extensive experience in the delivery of major developments from initial acquisition to
project realisation.
Nathan manages the delivery of projects from acquisition through to project realization, including
procurement of authority approvals, head contractor negotiation and contract award,
superintendency of the head building contract and project completion.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Technology
Sydney.
JOE TACK
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Joe has over twenty years of international experience in property development, asset
management and property investment in residential, commercial, and hotel projects. Between
2010 and 2020 Joe was responsible for direct and indirect real estate investments for Besen
Private equity – in 2015 he relocated with Besen to New York City with a mandate to invest in
Build to Rent developments with local partners.
Joe holds a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, UK and is a graduate
of the Harvard University Advanced Real Estate Program (2018).
